By accessing or using LeadFlow AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

LeadFlow AI is a cloud-based CRM platform that helps businesses manage leads, track follow-ups, and generate AI-powered communications.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use LeadFlow AI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not misuse the platform, interfere with other users, or attempt to access unauthorized data.

5. Billing & Subscriptions

The optional founding customer pilot costs $19 USD per month for one owner and one workspace. A paid subscription starts only when you choose it and complete checkout. It renews monthly until canceled. Cancel through the Billing page before your next renewal; paid pilot access continues until the end of that billing period. Signing out or requesting account deletion does not cancel billing. Refunds are not provided for partial months. Free beta signup does not require a card or start a subscription.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of LeadFlow AI are owned by us. Your data remains your property and you retain all rights to it.

7. Limitation of Liability

LeadFlow AI is provided "as is" without warranties. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
