1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, and any lead or customer data you enter into our platform. We also collect usage data to improve our services.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to provide and improve our CRM services, generate requested AI drafts, reply to pilot and support requests, and maintain your account. When you request an AI draft, selected lead details and your supplied context are sent for AI processing. Campaign tracking uses source labels and product actions, without including names, email addresses, or message text in custom analytics events. We store a random browser-session identifier in session storage to count visits and demo use without counting every click as a new visitor. Saved drafts and follow-up completion records remain part of your quote data.

The public quote calculator and personalized template tool run in your browser. We do not include quote amounts, customer names, job descriptions, or draft text in their custom analytics events. If you choose Continue with this quote, we keep the quote and draft in this tab’s session storage so they can be carried through sign-in. The handoff is valid for 30 minutes and is cleared when you save the quote, clear the details, or an expired handoff is next read. You review and explicitly save the quote before it becomes an account record. Downloads are saved to your device.

3. Data Security

LeadFlow AI uses Base44 for hosting, account authentication, and record access controls. We do not claim an independent security certification for LeadFlow AI.

4. Data Isolation

Access rules restrict lead records to the account that created them and app administrators. Pilot and support requests can be submitted publicly and are readable only by app administrators.

5. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services for payment processing (Stripe), AI processing, and analytics. These services have their own privacy policies.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal data at any time. You may also request a copy of all data we hold about you.
